Austin Schafer and Vince Oliver (CEO of Island Hospital)
Chinook Enterprises is happy to announce the November 2011 Employer of the Month: Island Hospital!!! Island Hospital has employed Austin since October of 2008 where he works as the Mail Attendant for the hospital. Austin does a wonderful job sorting and delivering mail to multiple departments, he also seals and meters the outgoing mail.
Little did we know that at the Island Hospital Holiday Party they were going to be surprising Austin with Employee of the Month! Pictured below are Austin receiving his award and Vince Oliver, CEO of Island Hospital. Thank you to Island Hospital for being such a wonderful example of how successful supported community employment can be!!!
